| 先生のメッセージ | Hello! I am Teacher Jiva. I am an experienced English teacher from Baguio city. I have extensive experience and knowledge in ESL which I would love to share with the learners on this platform because teaching has always been a passion of mine. I begin to build trust with my students from the first time that I see them. I’ve been working with diverse learners of all levels for many years intending to help students achieve their goals.That's why Students, in my opinion, should first trust their teacher to create a positive learning environment. Since I have realized that teaching is more about learning than it is about teaching. It makes no difference how good I believe I am as a teacher if my students believe that they are not learning anything. One fundamental principle in my teaching philosophy is that it should be tailored to students' interests and current abilities as much as possible. Since teaching should be learner-centered, beginning with the learner's needs and objectives and not with what I want them to think about. Students should also be allowed to be mentors, as well as have the autonomy for self-learning.Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my work ethic and effectiveness.
